(b)         Describe two IT features that a computer user would require to access or use this site.
(c)          Explain how the new web site could improve student learning.
(d)         This system may be a great advantage for students, but it may place teachers with limited IT skills under great pressure. Discuss the concerns of some teachers when they are asked to make this new resource available for the students.

b) An e-mail account and an available user, always being connected to the internet.  A webpage ID.

c) Student learning may be improved because they may practice from their homes and fix information better.  In addition, they may access the website from everywhere; you do not have to take your heavy folder everywhere.  And if students are absent, they may catch up easily.

d)Many teachers which are not used to work with technology may not take advantage about this opportunity.  Besides, if they are not taught about how different programs work, they would not know how to use them or learn by themselves only the basics turning this feature into a problem or disadvantage and will quickly refuse to technological learning methods.
